The Map Is Coming

On August 8, 2026 at 2 PM, the treasure map will be revealed right here — and on the Facebook event page. Study it carefully. The clues are hidden in plain sight, if you know where to look.

This year there are three treasure boxes buried on three different islands — which means three crews get to sail home victorious. Find one, and bring it to Tortuga (The Boathouse) after 5 PM to claim your prize.

The Rules of the Hunt
I
The map drops August 8th at 2 PM — right here and on the Facebook event page. Study it before you leave the dock. Once you're on the water, you're on your own.

Every crew must be dressed like pirates. No costume, no credibility. The treasure doesn't reveal itself to landlubbers.
III
Three treasure boxes. Three islands. One box per crew — found one already? Leave the rest for slower ships. Glory shared is still glory.
IV
Bring your treasure box to Tortuga (The Boathouse) after 5 PM to claim your prize. No box, no prize. Dramatic retellings encouraged.
V
What's in the treasure chest stays between the captain and the crew. Until someone tells everyone at the party. Which will happen immediately.
